You can glue ethafoam with PL Premium by bulldog, I inject the adhesive between the edge and the inner surface of the boat plus I build up a bead of adhesive on both side of the bulkhead. I also seal the faces of the bulkhead by spreading a thin coat of adhesive with a squegee. Works fine so far.
