In Response To: Question about getting to R2K (Bill Price)

Hi Bill, It also depends on where you're driving from--if you're coming from "down south" then driving around wouldn't be too bad. If you're coming from Seattle or Bellingham, it would be a major PITA.

Shawn Who isn't quite sure a grown man should feel giddy about hanging out with other boatbuilders, but I'm damn excited just the same! See you all in 4 days.

: Excuse the ignorance of an inlander, but I was curious about the feasibility
: of using the ferry system in Seattle to get to R2K. I'll be taking our
: 4-runner with 2 A. Terns on top (comes in around 7-8' tall). Surely some
: of you coastal natives do this. Is it more pain than its worth? Or should
: we "drive around"?

: Thanks,

: Bill

: P.S. I'm specifically thinking about the Edmonds-Kingston ferry.
