Well that did it. Now I�ve got the Y2K bug.

Currently I�ve got the forms cut out for a Guillemot �L� but at my current rate (still finishing 2 cedar strip canoes) I won�t have the kayak done till 2002+. Lucky for me, I attended the Wood Boat Rendezvous in Port Townsend and saw Mike Hanks Greenland Skin & Frame kayaks. After listening to his spiel on Skin/Frame I�ve decided to just do it and make one.

So tomorrow I�m going into the shop and start my first Skin/Frame kayak. When its done I�m going to take a Saturday off work and spend a day with the South Sound Wooden Sea Kayak Club.

Guess some bugs are worth getting.
