If they are just surface scratches, you can fill them with epoxy. If they go deep, like through several layers of cloth, you might want to apply a patch of fiberglass. Patching may not be easy. The typical method is to sand away around the damage and fill the sanded area with several layers of glass, but Kevlar does not take kindly to sanding.
