I'm headed up to Portland, ME. tomorrow on business, and I'd like to go for a paddle in the late morning before my meetings begin. Does anyone have a suggestion for a interesting short paddle location? I'll only have about an hour and a half to spend on the water. I'd also need a place to shower and change for my meeting. Is there a nice place to paddle near a public shower and changing facility? Thanks,
