ive got too much time on my hands here in sydney australia, i want to build a kayak or 2, any ideas on how much ill be paying in materials considering its my first time??? also, whats the deal with hiring something like that out??? laws, certificates etc?? is it possible to join 2 kayaks so as to make something resembling a cat??? any help much appreciated
