After the thread on glue for the forms, in which I said I used watered down white glue and somebody else said that water changes the paper dimensions quite a bit, I spoke with Joe at R2K. Joe said that one of the nice things about this method of construction is that it is very forgiving, and I didnt need to worry about deformation even on that scale. Not the I'd do it again. When you strip the boat, let the strips be fair rather than forcing them tight to the forms if it's an obvious deformation. After I pulled the staples on my hull, there were a few spots that were more than 1/8" off of the forms, and that is not a problem as long as symmetry is maintained. Dont worry about 1/32 or 1/16.
