Real wheels

I'd want real wheels on it, none of those 50mph weenie tires. They could be the size that the smallest of cars use, say 13".

Oh, and I want a spare tire also.

The wheels should be set back far enough to the trailer tracks nicely, but close enough to the center of gravity to keep the tongue weight low.
