I added some rubrails to the side of my boat below the shear line. The boat has 3 coats of varnish I sanded it off where the rubrails went. When I sanded the new epoxy down I feathered it with the old varnish (2 weeks old) will this line show ? Do I need to take off the old varnish to get it to blend or will it all match up pretty close to the same color?
