Good one. Simple quick and cheap
(joking here - easy to make work, hehe) So you see, I tried your idea just now w/ my 9/16 stripping staples into my 1/4 in bd. No Problem. Sandpaper attached.
But waddo I do about all those little staple scratches I keep getting. I sand and sand and sand, but I guess I'm jest flummoxed. Maybe press harder. Do you stop when you see daylight.
(hehehe- obviously staple thru a little strip 1st - but them scratches)
But w/ my approach you get to handle these 2 round hand sized knobs, and then you sorta use this back and forth motion and after a while things get kinda smooth.
