: thanks. brett

First, my sympathy to your misfortune. I happenned to live under a light pole with wires (a favorite gatherring spot for doves and black birds) running all over my house and driveway. It also happened that there are a lot of those berry trees in my neighborhood. End result, many times (especially in Fall) I cannot ID my cars' original paint color when I go to work. Plastic owe and snake do nothing to them. Well my driveway is so stainned that painting it is futile. My car rusted badly that a few spots it go right through. Roofing has to be changed every ten years that is if I hose it down once awhile. Yes, I have a few spots on my S&T Guillemot to reminds me where the wind had blow the tarp off when I was not working on the yak. The stain will not come off even after a lot of sanding, so I give up. It does not matter much to me, because I'm not building furniture anyway. This one is an experiment -- next one will be different!
