At my current rate, 50-80 hours. Like Bill, I'm not sure about canvas and paint time.

Its possible to build one in less than 30 hours with some building and style modifications. Then again, it could take 120 hours with other unseen modifications such as laminated deck boards.

So ask yourself:
First boat? Perfectionist? Hate compound angles? Long Time
Builder veteran? Willing to accept flaws? Love geometry? Short Time

Just go for it. The Walrus is a rewarding project :D
