If you don't need full plans and can work from offset tables have a look at the squeedunk site. They have offsets for the Cormorant 16 (plus details of how to make it longer or shorter) and the Grebe which is basically a 13'6" Cormorant.
Grant Goltz from Squeedunk is very helpfull if you need more detail or have questions. He is always answering question on this bulletin board.
