I bough Meguair's at an auto paint supply store. The local auto part stores did not carry Meguair's #1 or #9 they only had #2 (and a bunch of other Meguair's stuff). I bought the wool pads from Lowes, I was too cheap to buy Meguair's foam buffing pads. I wet sanded stepping up to 2000 grit sand paper before buffing as recommended by Meguair's.
