Here is what I did for my Feather (a wider version of the Wee Lassie by Mac).
I used the largest sheet of poster board I could find, some carbon paper and drafting tape.
I sandwiched the carbon paper (it took multiple sheets) between the poster board and the plans the Mac sent. I lined up the reference marks that Mac gives on the plans with the bottom and with an edge of the poster board. I then traced (transferred) the image with a dead ballpoint pen (This way the original is in tact). This method only gave me half a station. Then I cut out the sections with one of those knives that look kind of like a pizza cutter.
On the regular Wee Lassie (much narrower, the widest section would fit on my poster board full width) I lofted the points from the book and transferred the data directly to poster board making both the right and left sides. This way I had full size complete templates when done. This is very handy when trying to lay out all your stations on a sheet of plywood to minimize waste.
A friend of mine goes and makes those super copies. If there are 12 stations he makes 12 copies and then just cuts out one station per copy. It is lightweight paper but it works for him (PS it only gives him ½ a station so he has to flip it over to do the other half).

PS: Have fun building
: I'm looking at my plans for a WeeLassie II and wondering what is the best way
: to transfer them to wood. That is, to copy them to the stations. I used
: very light paper to trace the bow station and I know I'm getting a little
: "play". I used a square to keep things, well square. Then I
: glued the tracing to poster board. I used the factory corners and a
: square. Is this good enought? I know there is some variance in it. Am I
: being to anal? This ain't rocket science. But each tranfer there is bound
: to be some "play". Will this add up in the end?
: Thanks,
: Todd
