I think this might be similar to what you are looking for. It seems to be a favorite on skin boats in the Baidarka group. Makes the skins very tough. Pretty expensive (~ $100 gallon, I think). I was never able to find a good source for the stuff. Never heard of it used on a wood boat before, although I think it probably is similar to the 2 part paint Ross Leidy used on his S&G boat (his paint was grey though).
