Hmm...good thought. If they're vinyl, they should be able to be glued to the vinyl tube with vinyl cement.

BTW, I would have used the Thermarest valves, but they're expensive, and I want to be able to put them on a tube--having it on the edge of the float bag would be inconvenient to fill up if it's halfway down into your compartment!!
