Yo, I was going to ask you this question the last time I e-mailed you but my mailbox will only deal with 2 gigs of questions to one guy.
How do you set up to cut the v-groove in the edge of the strips for the birdsmouth paddle? I was thinking maybe a pattern cutter in the router table with a 45 deg. wedge clamped to the table. I don' have a dado blade, don't think my table saw would tilt that much anyway. TIA
