Hi Peter, another useful and inexpensive storage device I found is a zippered bag with 1/8" bungie attachements. It's meant to be mounted on the front pillar of a whitewater kayak but I've found it to be ideal for under deck and front of seat locations in my sea kayaks. It's only $19, can hold a small camera and soda and given the method of attachment (1/8" bungie through squeeze clips)it could be pulled out in an emergency if it's use is for emergency devices. I'm not sure who carries it but if you look around you'll find it.
