Good set up, however is looks like the webbing has to be exactly centered. What works for me is fixing on end of my line to an eye-bolt the garage ceiling, run it straight down to a pulley block screwed into a 3' piece of 1 x 2 stock, then back up to a pulley block (fixed or swivel) on the ceiling next to the eye bolt, then run the line to a 3rd and last pulley where the ceiling meets the wall. Attach a cleat to the wall. If the boat weighs 50 lbs, you are only hoisting 25 lbs plus a little friction. The spreader bar has a loop of webbing on each end allowing me to balance the boat while hoisting. Good luck.
