You can mix glass micro balloons with wood four in the epoxy to adjust the color.

System Three Resins also sells pigments made for their epoxy which can be mixed in to adjust the color.

Also concider regular waterbased wood filler it comes in afew colors which can be blended to match your cedar. Test if against your cedar and apply some epoxy or varnish to wet the wood and filler as on the boat.
