Mark, I only have time to respond to your question #3 I just finished my Pygmy Coho and the dust problem was a tough one. Here is what I did: I used my attached garage with concrete floor, Remove everything not needed if possible. Open all windows ans doors. Use a power leaf blower to completely remove all loose dust. Then mop the floor twice and rince. Leave the floor wet. Close all doors and windows. Let it set for an hour. Rewet the floor. Tack rag the boat (not the epoxy, only varnish coats). Your are ready to varnish. I had good luck with foam brushes.
