Where is the BearBack kayak program?

I keep seeing references to the BearBack design program that is a free download program. Why can't I find it? (pure stupidity has not been ruled out). Can someone please provide me with the link for a download site. Also, does it do lofting? If not, can anyone recommend a good, free (free being the operative word here) lofting program. Thanks in advance.
