Great idea!
4x8 sheets? heat bending over a mold? instead of butt or lap joints what about keyed joints with accent material that helps with rigidity or even ornate bolting apparatus? a gaskey around the top of the hull and the deck is battened down with screw dogs or some such...The beauty of lexan is its flexibility without stress induced loss of strength. What about UV? heat build up in your boat? man you gotta do this for all of us that went too far in the 70's good luck and keep us posted
