Sorry, I can't think of anything--maybe time will even out the appearance--if your splotches are 2 weeks old, and the glass is a week old, the splotches have cured twice as long as the glassed areas. Of course, there are probably other variables like temperature when applied, relative humidity, barometric pressure (does the wood grain pull in more or less epoxy).

Yup, you should probably just go paddling, enjoy the boat, the boating experience, and forget the splotches!!
