: John,

: I've kind of got to take back what I posted last night. I spent about a half
: hour of precious time this evening stripping down my B&D to figure out why
: it had stopped working (after about 3-4 years of furniture, an aborted
: attempt at refinishing an old Sailfish, and the kayak). Had to clean out
: the trigger switch before it would work again.

: Sure, this might have happened with a "good" sander after lots of
: use; however I couldn't help but wonder if it was some kind of karmic
: justice.

: $20 for a new one, though? I might have to stop by Walmart.

: Bill

Bill, I can't figure Wal-Mart out. I live in a small town with a Wal-Mart and they were selling out the B&D Ros sanders and now don't carry them. In a near by larger city their Wal-Mart is still selling the B&D's at full price and have plenty in stock. I think the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.

John
