In Response To: radial arm for strip ripping? (Greg Root)
: Hi, Y'all-Has anyone out there used a radial arm saw to rip strips? I don't
: have a tablesaw nor room for one; I've also never ripped anything on the
: radial arm thinner than about 2", but it seems it could be done, at
: least in theory. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.
: Greg
Spidey explained how he did it on his excellent web page
which you can reach at the site below
it has been an inspiration to me.
I have also done it sucessfully.
the key is to make sure you have a good featherboard set up
good luck
