Ron,
Love your idea of the golf ball. Bet it was a bear to drill through the all that rubber. When John mention this plane, I posted that I thought it was a General tool product. Now, I too, see the same thing sold under the Buck Bros. name. I don't know if these are the Buck knife people, but their prices aren't premo for sure. The whole line which includes saws, planes and chisels is very reasonably priced. I've got more than my money's worth from this little fellow.
