The post intrigues me...

We can't do email from the type of tube in my office, so I have to go find a different type of computer to get my official company email. But, because there are not enough of the other type of cumputer, I neglect my work email (It's difficult to find a terminal at times when you're not busy with something else.

This raises the possibility that it was someone else who I work with that put the post in. My real boss would not have used an anonymous email address, and he would have signed it with his real name, and asked me in person whether I had got the message. Anyone I work with knows we don't build airplanes in my division.

Also, my boss knows that I come in half an hour to an hour early most days, and leave on time, or stay after a few minutes. He also knows that I usually work while I'm eating my lunch (as evidenced by several drawing saved earlier that same day) and have, on occasion, worked for free on thw weekend.

He also knows that I have one of the slowest computers in the building, so there's plenty of multitasking time available. So, all in all, I have certainly not cheated the company.

Today was a bit of a doo-dah-day, I must admit, but Fridays occasionally get that way (It just seemed to be the mood everywhere in the office today), so it isn't a shining example (even if I did finish eight drawing revisions)

But then again, boss spelled backwards is double S-O-B

Still, It may have been one of my fellow employees messing with my mind (what are friends for, eh?) That, or the email neglect mention was a coincidence.

Unless my boss tells me in person I will never know. Now that he knows I'm wondering, he'll never tell me.

But if it's one of my distinguished (chicken to tell me) colleagues, only a few of them know about this BBS.

Anyway, it was good to be reminded of where my priorities should be, so if it was a joke from someone else, no harm done.

Time for a new controversy! George, what have you got to say? (just kidding, don't take it wrong, I wouldn't joke with you if I didn't like you)
