Well it's good to know the very high priced spread isn't much better that my $30 CAD. I've found that the spline function goes squiggily if I go beyond three points or if there's any significant displacement of the points. I've been plotting curves with the bezier function. First try, I show the frame and then plot a second curve adjusting for offset from the frame. This gives me good curves that really flag unfairness in the offsets. I've got pretty good at guesstimating the second plot, but it is time consuming. I'm still on a learning curve with this software. For the price it's very powerful and can produce AutoCad readable files. I've looked for a function like your polyline, but haven't found it. Doesn't mean it's not there though. Now, I've got a reason to look harder!

What eggactly is "grip-liner?" Your ducks would be just the ticket once I get that hardwood flooring down in the shop. Won't want to be driving nails into the floor anymore!

At the risk of starting a schittstorm: I now use lead weights that I made as kid by melting down dead lead-acid batteries with a blow torch. Don't suppose this is a P.C. source of lead anymore. I think most dead batteries are shipped to Asia, where laws are lax, for resource recovery.
