Nitrile gloves are much superior to latex in resisting many of the chemicals we use in boat building. They are also much more durable. I prefer the slightly heavier/thicker glove and find that they are tough enough to wear while sanding or about anything else. As a bonus they can be rinsed off with alcohol when they start geting sticky when working with epoxies.

The bad. They cost more and are a little harder to find.
