Is it really faster to do this way? If one were to use one router, and two fences (with consistent width strips) couldn't he run all the strips through once to cut beads, change bits, and run through again to cut coves? I like the innovation, but by the time you build it and get it dialed in it would take alot of strips to make it faster overall.

I don't see a real problem with both routers below the table. The cove bit would probably be okay climb cutting since one router is pulling the wood in and the other is pushing it out.

Just some thoughts, don't be offended. It's a neat and well thought out system.
