Intellicad 2000 is available for free on the web, has spline curves and all the gewgaws necessary for form layout. The only gripe I have is that it won't print indexed multi-page output, so you have to use some ingenuity to print full-size forms, but otherwise this program works fine.

: your time to get and learn to use one of the CAD programs that can create

: $100. I think you'll find the end product both less tedious to create and
: more accurate. Somewhere in last fall's archieve's, in a discussion of
: lofting, there's a link to a site that offers Autocad compatible freeware.
