it can be done,

somebody did it & posted a pic, I can't remember his name.

he didn't do it with boswoth's pumps, but with somebody else's pumps.

I remember these other pumps where not specified for sea water,
but for fresh water, so perhaps you should verify with someone who knows
wether these pumps works.

he used 2 pumps, & each of them is smaller than the guzzler 400.

why do you all use the guzzler 400 (or is it 450 ? ) & not the 500 ?

I purchased the 500 long ago but didn't install it yet.

if I remember correct - the 500 is 2" in diameter - way much more then the 1.5"
of the 400 . I believe it's thrust is twice as much (or so), so it takes half the time (or so) to empty a given volume - a quality that to my opinion
is more important then the strength of the spring.

any other opinions ?
