A lot of good ideas here! I am planing on installing electric bilge pumps into two kayaks. The first one should be ready in about a month and a half. I have been planing on geting a kit for $99 and coustomeising the switch and outflow.
The switch I want is mounted on the hull. It is a simple waterprofe toggle with a raised protector around it so it can't be axedently turned on. I am planning to get Eric Schade to make the outflow port simaler to his flush deck mountings.
A on indecator would be nice. I am planning to build a hard mounting for the battery pack and pump. The system MUST NOT MOVE during repeated rolls! The pump I will be using will be one of yours.
someone has posted that the system should be able to be versitile. This could be good or bad. I do know fishermen who would love to use a pump system like this
to run there live bait wells insted of the foot pumps they asre curently using.

At this time I would like to volenter to be a beta tester for this product. Depending on when it is avalible would determine wicth kayak it would go into.
If both kayaks are done I would be willing to remove my system to test yours.
