Ok, I'm not sure if this is too picky but here goes... I just got back from paddling my Osprey Double and was rinsing the boat down when I noticed a couple of spots on the hull. These spots are pretty small (3-4 squares of fiberglass weave). The spots look like "starred fiberglass" (white). I can't remember if they were there prior to varnishing and it doesn't look like the glass is loose. Should I leave it or do I need to sand down the spots and put some fresh epoxy down? Does System 3 epoxy get too old to use, does it go bad? Thanks for any thoughts on the subject.
