Trip to your local library?

I don't know of any other free plans on the web, but if you check your local library, they may have a copy of "The Kayak Shop" by Chris Kulczycki. It has plans for three kayaks. I also believe plans for CLC's Mill Creek 13 were published in two old issues of Sea Kayaker Magazine.

Not as conveinient as the web, but free.
