That's a very fast marathon. Do you still run? If not, do you miss it? I do a sport called "Hashing", which is alot of fun. If you can run 4 miles at a 9 minute mile pace, and can drink beer, you might want to try it.

It's a "Hare and hound" type of came with checpoints where the trail stops for 100 yards, the restart being anywhere in a 100 yard radius. It's done all over the world, whith hundreds, maybe even thousands of groups doing it. Lots of fun. You don't have to be fast to snare the hare, just take smart shortcuts (allowed per rule no. 1)
