The vinyl coated drybags are nice, and look durable, but they're really no more durable than the waterproof nylon ones. They're very stiff when cold, and harder to seal, harder to load, and harder to arrange in a kayak because they're so "sticky".

I have 15 of them, and I don't plan to buy another. I'm switching to the nylon ones, or making ones from heat-sealable packcloth from seattle fabrics.
