Do you recommend the notch (on deck and hatch) or do you think the pull tab is better? My seal shouldn't have the tendency to stick. I am using an open channel epdm seal which has three raised sections along the top. I hope that it seals!

Do you have a suggestion where to install the pull tab best and what size would be appropriate?
