Paul, Sounds like you don't want to hear this, but Rob is on track with his comments. I've been where you are, and more time is not likely to solve your problem. Removing the varnish is an ugly proposition, but may be your only hope. I use McClouskey's "Man O War" over System Three. It is dust free in about two hours and sandable for recoat within twenty four hours. I,ve found that air temperature is a bigger factor in drying time than humidity. Try to varnish at 70 deg or higher. Perhaps someone here can tell you what varnish they are having success with for your epoxy (Mas).
