Hi Sean

If you have a good bandsaw and good skip tooth blade and you can achieve then tension needed and you have a good fence adjustable for lead angle. Then you will do a super job with a band saw. If not get a narrow fine cut rip blade and do it on the circ. saw and just cry about the extra millimeter wase per cut.
