Joe & All,
Do any of you know what process Walt went through to make these ferrules?
What weight & weave of fabric did he use? Fiberglass, carbon, or Kevlar?
What pattern did he layup? How many layers? What dimensions (i.d., o.d, wall thickness, length)? Did he use a mold? What kind?

I've been searching for websites that would have this kind of info. The closest I have come are model rocketry sites.

I'd like to attempt a few of these before the R2K1 Rendezvous at Port Townsend.
