The dimensions of my commercial carbon-fiber ferule are as follows:

OD = 1.268"
ID = 0.992"
OD of plug = 1.118"
OAL of plug end = 7.75", plug only = 3.75"
OAL of socket end = 6"
Feather adjustment holes are .369", centers located 2.5" from the end, set at 0*, +/- 60*

Can't tell about cloth weight, seems to be spiral-wrapped out of .875" wide flat filament, and machined after layup. Hope this helps.
