All I know is she works for Environment Canada. Her lilt wafts from 162.4 VHF.
out of point Alberni. She is my sea sireen. A voice with no face. As far as I know she does not have an HF address and no streaming audio. She does have a phone number she lists so you can call her recorded message for the same report she reads on the radio, but you'd have to ask Darren Nuefield to turn on his weather radio to gather that number. I am afraid I never penciled it in. IF my wife ever caught me listening long distance t12 times a day to my weather Sireen well I'd be sleeping in my yak :D She will have to ever be the voice I hear on the waves of the NW.
Oh brother getingthick in here best put my boots on (LOL)
