As an alternative, try using heat-shrink dacron with liquid filler. I have covered aircraft wings with it for many years, and am covering a Skene/Putz 18-1/2 ft "skin" boat with it at the present time. The Cecobond process has the cloth, glue, and filler as a system. Available from several suppliers on Web. Non-aircraft cloth (seconds) is cheaper and OK to use on boats.
