I'd expect to be paying about $10 per piece of deck hardware for a custom casting by a professional foundry if they would even consider doing such a small job.
They might have a minimum charge of something like $500 to make it worth their while.
If you've never done a casting before you may be very disappointed by the look of a raw casting. There is a LOT of work involved in cleaning up a casting and finishing it.
I'm not trying to be a wet blanket here, I'm just trying to let you know that metal casting is a long and involved process.
