Saginaw, Michigan DATE: Saturday, August 22, 1998 TIME: 10 AM - 5 PM WHO: Anyone with a wooden boat, classic or hand built,

Skiffs, Canoes, Sailboats, Kayaks, etc. Anything that can be launched

by hand. (sorry, no gas motors/park rules) WHAT: · Boat building demo’s - All day long

· Local boat history, swap area, and information exchange

· Canoe restoration

· Epoxy Seminar

· Stitch and glue, Lapstrake plywood, and epoxy strip

· Raffle for kayak and canoe

· Participation plaque for pre-registered

· Door Prizes (Cool Stuff!)

· Win “Crazy” Awards FACILITIES: Haithco Lake is a beautiful facility with plenty of parking, picnic areas, restrooms, concessions, swimming areas, cooking grills, green grass and sandy beaches (Bring the family!) park charges $5.00 per car load for entering the area
