I left too soon! I didn't get to paddle the King. :(

If Joe had only asked, I would gladly have taken it out into the tide rip to teach the navigation class!! (I don't think he'd yet paddled it himself Sat. afternoon)

Did you try Al Gunther's boat? I give that boat the highest praise for maneuverability and response to "body English". I did S-turns without putting my paddle in the water.
