In Response To: FYI: Form Fitted Foam Seat/cockpit experiment (Paul Stomski)

After reading this post, I had an idea. What if you just left the foam in there and made a fiberglass shell over it? I do not know if the foam would soak up epoxy? Or you could take the fiberglass shell and glue it in to the cockpit.

Just some ideas I thought you might want to think about.
